Friends of Cottenham Park looking after facilities and green spaces

 

I'm happy to be part of the Friends of Cottenham Park, the residents' group working to improve and protect this historic park's open spaces and facilities. Cottenham Park is located between Cambridge Road and Melbury Gardens in SW20. The Friends organise Tea in Cottenham Park and Carols in the Pavilion annually, and help look after the playground, buildings, and plantings including the snowdrops, daffodils, tulips, trees, and corner gardens.

I've been volunteering on gardening tasks for several years, added an Instagram feed in March 2020, and am now also working on blogspot updates to the Friends site--right here in Blogger.
